In order to complete my education, I joined Gamabilis for a 6-month graduation internship, which was followed by a contract during the first weeks of 2019. This start-up focuses on "Games for Change", a type of serious games that pushes players to question their habits and the way they live, to initiate global changes toward a better future. However, since the company is still young and have to make a living, it also develops more traditional serious games following a business-to-business model.

RHYTHM GAME ANALYSIS
(Personal project | February 2019 - Ongoing)
Analysis & Streaming
Solo project
As I was doing some benchmark game tests for an upcoming rhythm game project, I thought that I could share my observations so other persons into this niche could have a look at it. I started by sharing my notes on Twitter, and quickly started streaming my analysis tests whenever possible. This way, I can interact with other rhythm games enthusiasts to collect more feedback, and eventually raise a bit of awareness about what I am doing.
I usually test a game during one or two weeks, by playing it for about 2 hours per business day. Then, I compile and sort all my notes into a Word sheet. In the end, I make a selection of the most important points and display them in the spreadsheet listing all the games I have tested or that I plan on doing. I also organize votes to decide which games to test next.
Some games I have tested and a few streams extracts (from left to right, top to bottom: Deemo by Rayark, Crypt of the NecroDancer by Brace Yourself Games, Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians by THR3AKS, and Old School Musical by La Moutarde)
I regularly communicate about it on Twitter with the hashtag #rhythmgameanalysis.
I usually stream on my Twitch channel around 4 to 7 p.m. UTC.
